Employee safety is a number one priority at Colony Brands and the summer heat can create additional hazards in the workplace. So, our dedicated Safety team has created a plan to not only keep employees safe during the summer months but also educate them about Heat Illness Prevention.

• 180 Employees to be CPR and First Aid Certified
• Daily weather review
• Employee conditioning
• Employee stretching
• Work Flexibility

In order to keep our employees safe in all operational facilities at Colony Brands, electrolyte packets/popsicles and cooling headwear will be readily available to employees throughout the summer months.
