Colony Brands University recently celebrated its 25th annual graduation with a special virtual event. Recognizing nearly 150 employees for their hard work and dedication, the ceremony marked a milestone of over 2,300 degrees awarded since the program began. We congratulate all our graduates and encourage everyone to pursue future learning opportunities within the company.

We honor the life and legacy of Arthur Gregory Bartsch, who passed away on October 31st. A brilliant food scientist, former Vice President at The Swiss Colony, and community leader in Monroe, Wisconsin, Art lived a life defined by resilience and innovation. His contributions to both industry and his local community will be deeply missed.

By implementing creative drive-thru solutions, we successfully provided free flu vaccinations to 885 employees and spouses across seven locations. Partnering with the Monroe Clinic allowed us to prioritize health and safety during the pandemic, ensuring our team remains protected while reducing the overall burden on the healthcare system during this challenging flu season.

While we regretfully canceled our 2020 Annual Retirement Party to prioritize safety, we remain deeply grateful for the dedication of our retirees.
