2019 Green County Leaders Graduates

Six Colony Brands employees recently completed the Green County Leaders Program, bringing the total number of program graduates from the company to 76 since the first class in 2002-03.

The program provides an educational opportunity for participants to focus on personal leadership development and local community orientation.  “Through interactive community orientation, personal leadership development training, outside activities and a hands-on team project, GCL provides participants with an increased capacity to contribute as effective leaders and a great knowledge of the area in which they live and/or work.”  Colony Brands is honored to host one session for Green County Leaders each year and provide a company overview and tour.  This year’s Colony Brands GCL graduates were part of teams that focused on mental health and affordable housing.
