Colony Brands Announces 2021 Ray Kubly Achievement Award Recipient
Colony Brands congratulates Bill Helt as the 2021 recipient of the prestigious Ray Kubly Achievement Award. Named after the founder of Colony Brands, this annual award spotlights employees who go above and beyond their given job duties, who offer a significant contribution to the business, and who embody one or more of Colony Brands’ core values: relentlessly pursue excellence; tirelessly strive to improve, innovate, create; passionately value our customers; and, generously support our employees and communities.
The award is presented as Colony Brands celebrates its 95th year in business. Bill joined Colony Brands in 1999 as part of our Fulfillment Operations team and currently serves as the Director of Operations overseeing our fulfillment distribution areas across the Midwest.
While Bill has long been a valued leader at Colony Brands, his contributions have really stood out during the trying times of the COVID-19 pandemic. While facing labor shortages and supply chain challenges, coupled with increased customer demand, Bill continued to lead efforts to drive efficiency improvements and increased revenue opportunities. He never loses sight of our corporate values and continually achieves excellent results with an engaged team. Bill is known for his dedication, hard work and humbleness.
Bill has truly earned the 2021 Ray Kubly Achievement Award and we thank him for his contributions.
